On some pages you can provide information in order for us to respond to your interest or request or to subscribe to our newsletter or email list. The types of personal information collected on these pages are name, address, email address, phone number, name of organization, interests and other similar information. You may also be able to register an account or create a User Profile on our Site. During registration you may be required to give contact information, such as your name, postal address, and email address.

Automatically collected information

We automatically collect information when you visit the Site including your IP address, the pages you access, and how you use the Site. We also may collect other non-personally identifiable information when you visit our Site such as your device address or ID, web browser, device type, the features of the apps you use, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after you visit our Site, the pages or other content you view or otherwise interact with on the Site, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Site. This information is gathered from all users and may be associated with your personal information and includes what areas our users visit most frequently and what services they access most often. This information helps us develop a better Site that is more useful and accessible to you.

Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies and similar technology to collect aggregate (non-personal) information about Site usage by all of our visitors and to help us remember you and your preferences when you revisit the Site. A cookie is a special text file that a website puts on your hard disk or in your browser file so that it can remember something about you later. Typically, a cookie records your preferences when using a particular site. You can set up your browser to inform you when cookies are set or to prevent cookies from being set, but users must agree to let cookies be saved for them to function. A website other than the one that set the cookie cannot read the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies for a number of administrative purposes, for example, to store your preferences for certain kinds of information or to store a password so that you do not have to input it every time you visit our site. Most cookies last only through a single session, or visit (“session cookies”), but some that help us recognize you when you return to the site will remain for an extended period of time (“persistent cookies”). We use both types of cookies. You can set your browser to reject cookies, but some of the functions of our website may not work if you reject cookies. Further general information about cookies and how they work is available at www.allaboutcookies.org.

We may allow selected third parties to place cookies through the Site to provide us with better insights into the use of the Site or user demographics or to provide relevant advertising to you. These third parties may collect information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when he or she uses our website. We may also permit third party service providers to place cookies through our Site to perform analytic or marketing functions. We do not control the use of such third party cookies or the resulting information and we are not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.

We do not currently use technology that recognizes a “do-not-track” signal from your web browser.

How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect internally for general commercial purposes including, among other things,

  • to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions, and otherwise to provide support to users,
  • to offer our own, our affiliates’ or third-party products and services that we think you may find of interest,

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire certain services (such as an eNewsletter), you may correct, update, or “opt out” by making the change on your User Profile. Alternatively, you may contact us via the online form on our Contact Us page. We may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

We may provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, mailings, or promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or un-checking your original selections on your online user profile form. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not stop us from sending emails about your account or your transactions with us.

You can choose to delete or block cookies by setting your browser to either reject all cookies or to allow cookies only from selected sites. If you block cookies performance of the Site may be impaired and certain features may not function at all

Disclosing Your Information
