She has been involved with over $1B in real estate transactions. Prior to A. Walker & Co, Victoria worked at Fairstead, Jonathan Rose Companies, and Related Companies, in roles focused on providing high-quality affordable housing, utilizing public-private partnerships through acquisition rehabilitation, and ground-up development and recapitalizations. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Fordham University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from CUNY Baruch College.
